Food for Change, April 15
Chef Chris Brown creates an intimate, five-course dining experience for you to savour under the stars at our fabulous greenhouse. Wine pairings from Henry of Pelham. If you want to experience life in a professional kitchen, join the kitchen crew and help prepare the feast.
When: Thursday April 15, 6 pm
Where: The Stop’s Green Barn, 601 Christie St. (Barn 4, in the classroom, south entrance)
How much: $75 ($120 with wine pairings). Kitchen Crew space for April 15th is sold out.

Lightly smoked Sable fish with toasted almond puree confit potatoes and Canadian Sturgeon caviar

Turnip custard with roasted morels, pickled ramps over a grainy mustard and roasted garlic cream

“Seafood Salad” Seared scallop, grilled octopus, razor clam, and a marinated B.C spot prawn over wild leek salsa verde and lemon pearls

Roast duck with Yorkshire pudding, mash potatoes, peas and carrots
