Charcuterie – $12.00 per person

A mixture of preserved meats made from local artisans using local ingredients. Selection varies based on availability, and may include wild boar prosciutto and different cured salamis.

Porchetta – $10.00 per person

Our very own porchetta served sliced with shaved Parmesan, sautéed rapini, roasted garlic aioli and a basket of soft buns.

Smoked salmon – $12.00 per person

Maple-cured salmon smoked in Chef Chris’s backyard. Sliced thin and served with rye bread, capers and pickled local vegetables.

Bread & dips – $4.00 per person

Artisanal bread and crackers with an assortment of légume and vegetable spreads.

Crudités – $3.50 per person

An assortment of crudités and dips.

Dessert – $5.00 per person

An assortment of dessert squares, including mini berry tarts topped with a lime Chantilly cream, sticky toffee pudding with drunken raisins, lemon meringue tarts and chocolate mousse with peanut brittle.
